I've purchased moth catchers several times, and they consistently show up just as promised, both in terms of timing and condition. They do a great job of trapping a bunch of moths. However, I still have a moth issue even after 6 months, and I'm kinda at a loss about what to do next.

"Order took 4 weeks to show up, so I..."
After waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive, I went on their site to let them know. They got back to me quickly, saying they’d send a replacement right away. But nothing came. So, I reached out again and asked for a refund if it wasn’t available. They refunded me promptly, and then the item showed up the next day! It was refills for moth traps, so I quickly set out two since those pesky clothes moths kept coming around and multiplying. Now, two weeks in, they’ve only caught one moth, while I’ve managed to catch over 20 by hand. I won’t be giving them my business again.
